Gisella Carr
Director Funds Development, Te Papa
Currently working as Te Papa's Director, Funds Development, Gisella has had
an extensive career at a senior level in the cultural sector, including eleven
years at the Arts Council/Creative New Zealand.
Gisella has consulted for the last ten years on creative industries projects
throughout the country including numerous projects in Auckland, and teaching on
various arts management related papers at both Auckland and Victoria
universities.
Recent publications include Snapshot: Auckland's Creative Industries for
Auckland City and Objects of Desire: taking New Zealand visual arts and crafts
to the world for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (co-authored with Vivienne
Stone).
