Stuart Shepherd
Stuart Shepherd is a business manager for
Gordon & Gotch (a PMP Group
company), providing solutions for New Zealand and international magazine
publishers in the specific areas of subscription marketing, management, and
audience development. PMP is Zealand's largest print group providing leading
integrated communication and distribution solutions and consumer insights
throughout New Zealand. Stuart is also the business manager of
Zinio digital publishing. Zinio
bolsters environmental 'green' initiatives within publishing, reduces costs of
manufacturing and distribution and extends audience, brand and marketing
options.
Stuart is a committee member of
The Magazine Publishers Association of New
Zealand.
Previously, he was a marketing manager in the New Zealand
recording industry and in the early 1990's founded the
Magazzino retail stores and wholesaler
Propaganda Distributors offering sales and distribution channels for arts
publications, magazines, books and catalogs. He has been a panel member for the
QEII Arts Council of New Zealand and has published books in visual arts,
architecture and design and agriculture for New Zealand and international
markets.
