Policy

Auckland City Council adopted the business improvement district (BID) policy in August 2008.

Constitution

Before a BID can be set up, a business association must be established and registered as an incorporated society.

To facilitate this process, in addition to the BID Policy, Auckland City Council has developed a BID constitution which can be adopted by the business association.
