AUT School of Business
is a leading provider of innovative business
education, with strong links to employers and professional bodies. They have one
of the highest graduate employment rates in New Zealand. Courses range from the
Bachelor of Business to the MBA, Master of Business and PhD, with supporting
diplomas and certificates. The classes are small, usually 20-30 students,

looking to start a business or wanting to improve an existing one. The ICEHOUSE runs the one-day seminar supported by Auckland City Council. The
seminar covers everything crucial to a successful small business, from funding,
marketing and branding to intellectual property and cash flow modelling.

The Manukau Business School (MBS) at Manukau Institute of Technology offers a number of programmes including the Certificate in Business, the NZ
Diploma in Business, as well as graduate diplomas and an International MBA.

(NZIM) - New Zealand Institute of
Management is a membership-based, not for profit
organisation, providing networking opportunities, management workshops and
seminars, training and career development opportunities, professional
accreditation and qualifications and a mentoring facility. It administers
national management qualifications.
The Open Polytechnic runs a range of business and management courses from part
time flexible options through to full time degree courses. The Open Polytechnic
will also tailor a programme of courses to individual businesses. Courses are
available for distance and on the job learning.
The University of Auckland Business School offers businesses relevant,
practitioner-focused business and management courses. The school's customised
corporate programmes provide high quality educational experiences to assist

(UCOL) - Universal College of
Learning runs a series of businesses courses with a range of flexible learning
opportunities, including online, part time and short courses. Courses include
business and administration, customer service, computing skills and accounting. UCOL will also tailor-make a programme unique to an individual business.
Unitec has certificate, diploma and bachelor qualifications designed to answer
the needs of business, industry and professional environments both in New Zealand and
overseas. They also offer a range of masters and other postgraduate programmes
up to doctorate level.
Vital Training delivers the Chamber of
Commerce business courses. They offer customers a wide range of training
resources designed to meet the needs of corporate and public service trainers.
Courses cover office skills, customer service, supervision, sales and technology
skills.
WHK Business Growth is
a specialist division within WHK Gosling Chapman. The team is responsible for
the design, delivery and management of training and development programmes to
small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as corporates both in New
