Payments online

You can now pay your parking ticket and bus lane infringements online! Please take the time to read this information, and find out everything you need to know about this new service.

As this is a new service we would like your feedback. Once you have completed the payment process if you have suggestions or comments please complete this online feedback form


Using this service

What you can pay:
  • Parking tickets and bus lane infringements.
  • One or multiple tickets.
  • Payment must be made in full, and can only be made if the ticket has not been referred to the courts for prosecution.
How you can pay:
  • By the following credit card types:
    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • American Express.
You will need:
  • Your parking ticket or bus lane infringement notice number
    • for parking tickets this starts with a P followed by seven numbers, eg P1234567
    • for bus lane infringements this starts with a T followed by seven numbers, eg T1234567.
  • Your vehicle registration number, eg AB1234.
  • Your credit card details.
Instructions: 
  • Read the terms and conditions for transaction processing services.
  • Click on pay online, this will open a new window.
  • You will find step by step instructions as you go through the payment process.
  • At the end you will be given a reference number. Receipts for online payments are not available, however you can either print the screen or note down the details for future reference.
  • Close the browser window when you are finished.

When using the service we recommend that you use the navigation buttons provided within the screens. Use of the 'enter' key in some screens may have unexpected results.


What to do if you have a problem

While using the online payment service, you may experience errors if:

  • your ticket was issued within the last 72 hours it may not be ready for payment online
  • your vehicle registration or ticket number details are incorrect.

If you experience any other problem, contact us for assistance. Please let us know the following details:

  • notice number of the infringement notice you were trying to pay
  • payment amount
  • where you were up to when you had a problem
  • what error message you received.
