Query your parking or bus lane fine

Before querying your parking or bus fine, please read Considering an appeal.

If you would like your parking fine reviewed, it can be done in the following ways:

fill out the online form below
download, print and complete the pdf version of the form and send to us
write a letter to Infringement Review Services, Traffic and Roading Services and send to us. Your letter should include a copy (not the original) of any supporting documentation you have ie proof that your car has a current Evidence of Vehicle inspection. Please include all of the following details: ticket number, vehicle registration number, your full name and address for replies and a contact telephone number.

Review process

The review process can take up to 20 days. During this period, please do not pay the infringement. A letter will be sent advising whether the infringement has been withdrawn or if it must be paid.
