Query your parking or bus lane fine

If you would like your parking fine reviewed, it can be done in the following ways:

Fill out the online form below
Download, print and complete the pdf version of the form and send to us.
Write a letter to Infringement review services, Traffic and Roading Services and send to us. Your letter should include a copy (not the original) of any supporting documentation you have ie proof that your car has a current Evidence of Vehicle inspection. Please include all of the following:
- the ticket number
- the vehicle registration number
- your full name and address for replies
- a contact telephone number.

Review process

The review process can take up to 20 days. During this period, please do not pay the infringement. A letter will be sent advising whether the infringement has been withdrawn or if it must be paid.
