Map 4 (Wolverton Street)
Miranda Street to Lansford Crescent
This section of Wolverton Street will be widened to accommodate four traffic
lanes (two eastbound,two westbound)during peak periods.
This section will be further landscaped making it more attractive and
on-street parking can be provided in off-peak periods; additional landscaping
will also be undertaken in this area.
New pedestrian refuges will be built to make it easier and safer for people
to cross the road.
The large existing gum trees on the northern side of Wolverton Street will be
retained to ensure the character and streetscape in this area are not affected.
