Area of interest on CBD board

My experience in the evolution of the 'economy, ecology, culture and community' of town centres using a collaborative approach will be useful across a range of disciplines.

Why I'm passionate about Auckland's CBD

Its beauty, the potential in its Pacificness. The platform which is provided by its tangata whenua, its harbours, its cost effectiveness as a business base and its 'hot' creative sector and position as the fashion and finance capital of New Zealand. "Auckland, last, loneliest, loveliest, exquisite, apart", quoted Rudyard Kipling in the nineteenth century but, today, with the advent of universal travel and cyberspace we can be ... 'Auckland, first, friendliest, loveliest, exquisite, apart'.
