Measures and indicators

Below are listed measures and indicators currently identified for the goals of the Arts Agenda. These will be reviewed once the research has been carried out and benchmarks have been established.

An external review process involving an annual arts sector forum and an Arts Agenda Reference Team will also provide feedback.

Goal one

�	People believe Auckland is a city where there is lots happening in the arts.
�	People believe that Auckland's diverse cultures are represented through arts, culture and entertainment.

Goal two

�	Protocols are developed for Council's relationship with Ngati Whatua o Orakei.

Goal three

�	An arts and cultural inventory and map developed.
�	Aucklanders are aware of / know where to find out about arts and cultural activity in Auckland.

Goal four

�	People believe there are lots of opportunities for active participation in the arts.
�	People from targeted groups and ethnic groups believe that opportunities for them have increased

Goal five

�	Numbers benefiting from Council grant funding for the arts.

Goal six

�	Numbers of public artworks supported through Council's public artwork policy.
