Asset management plans
Auckland City Council owns and manages a wide variety of assets on behalf of Aucklanders. Assets like roads, parks, pipes, art galleries, libraries and community facilities underpin the success of Auckland city as a place for people to live, work and play.
Asset management planning aims to ensure the well-being and prosperity of our city and provide the services and infrastructure to support the assets that Aucklanders need today and in the future. An asset management plan (AMP) describes which services and infrastructure we plan to provide.
