Otahuhu town centre design guidelines

The Otahuhu town centre design guidelines assist in encouraging good design in the Otahuhu town centre. They also give a guide to the general range of matters council will consider in resource consent applications subject to the Great South Road Street Façade Control under the Otahuhu design guidelines (Appendix B).
