That proposed private plan change 213 is declined, and
that council retain the existing zoning.

That the Cupressus Macrocarpa was in a location that
allowed the tree to be listed in the schedule of notable trees in the

Approve proposed plan change 213 subject to:
- The addition of the former convent building to the District Plan

- Inclusion of the site surrounds and key parts of the building
interior as part of the scheduling process; and
- Application of a site specific building in relation to boundary
control along the site boundary with the school and/or such controls as may
be appropriate to reduce the potential for a building on the site to
visually dominate and overshadow the school.
