This strategy has been produced by the Community Planning Group of Auckland City Council. The Strategy was approved by the Recreation and Community Services Committee on April 23, 1997. The strategy is a non-statutory document and does not replace the polices contained in approved management plans prepared in accordance with the Reserves Act 1977.
