This section looks at overall trends of business location in the Rosebank area over the last five years. It summarises the information gathered through the survey. This section attempts to paint a 'broad' overview of the Rosebank business dynamics. It details the advantages and disadvantages of being located in the area and what other locations would be considered and the reasons why. The location analysis provides Auckland City with valuable information about the dynamics of the area as a business location. In summarising the location advantages the aim is to identify the opportunities for marketing the area and the RBA members to meet the key objective of profiling the Rosebank Business Association.
