Implementing the plan
Stakeholder collaboration
Achieving the vision and outcomes sought through Rosebank 2030 will require
the collaboration of Auckland City Council with the Rosebank business community
and other stakeholders.
It will also require that we work with other organisations to help facilitate
future development in the precinct.
Implementation plan
The actions contained within Rosebank 2030 form the basis of an
implementation plan for the precinct. This is a series of detailed actions,
which will help to achieve the outcomes sought for the precinct through Rosebank
2030.
Many of the actions council seeks to undertake will begin within the next
five years. The implementation of actions will be coordinated across council
groups who will provide input into this.
Monitoring and evaluation
Tracking our progress in implementing Rosebank 2030 is important to ensuring
its success. Rosebank 2030 implementation will be monitored with evaluation of
progress done every two years. This will allow us to identify areas for
improvement and success.
Monitoring and evaluating progress will also enable us to adapt to change and
capitalise on opportunities within the precinct.
