I hereby give notice that an extraordinary meeting of the

EASTERN BAYS COMMUNITY BOARD

will be held as follows:

1. APOLOGIES

   An apology has been received from Deputy Chairperson Helen Wallace.

2. PUBLIC FORUM

   A period of time (approximately 20 minutes) is set aside for members of the public to address the meeting on matters within its delegated authority. A maximum of 5 minutes per item is allowed, following which there may be questions from members.

   At the close of the agenda no requests to speak had been received.

3. SHARED USE OF TAMAKI DRIVE

   Attaching the minutes of the Tamaki Drive working party which met on 9 December 2009 to discuss shared use of Tamaki Drive.

   Recommending that the Board consider the information and give feedback for the Transport Committee to take into consideration at its meeting on 4 February 2010.

4. SMALL LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (SLIPS) DECISION REPORT JANUARY 2010

   Reporting on the small local improvement projects (SLIPs) for consideration and decision by the Board.

   Recommending that the report and associated forms for the Glendowie Park Path Phase 1 project as at January 2010 be received, and that the information therein be considered.
