RESUMPTION OF THE BOARD'S PREVIOUS MEETING

2 December 2009 |
Following an unusual situation occurring at its 25 November 2009 meeting, the
Board resolved that the meeting be adjourned and be reconvened at a time and
place to be agreed.
Council's standing orders require that when a meeting is adjourned, the time and
place for the resumption of the adjourned meeting should be determined at the
time of the adjournment. Due to the unusual circumstances around the
adjournment, the Board must now resolve the date and time for the reconvening of
the meeting, if unanimous agreement cannot be reached.
Recommending that the Board reconvene its previous meeting after the closure of
the extraordinary meeting.
