MINUTES OF AN EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE
EDEN ALBERT COMMUNITY BOARD
HELD ON MONDAY, 14 DECEMBER 2009 AT 6.10PM
AT FERNDALE HOUSE, 830 NEW NORTH ROAD, MT ALBERT

A minute's silence was observed for the late Elizabeth Anderson, a Mt Albert community board member from 1989 to 1998.

    That the apologies of Councillor Donnelly and Board Members Anderson and Chong be accepted.

  2. Top EXTRAORDINARY BUSINESS

    There was no extraordinary business.

  3. Top CONFIRMATION OF EXTRAORDINARY VACANCY - EDEN/ALBERT COMMUNITY BOARD

    Moved: Dempsey/Fryer

    1. That the Board confirms the appointment of Rochelle Rees to fill the extraordinary vacancy on the Eden/Albert community board for the remainder of the 2007-2010 triennium.
    2. That Rochelle Rees be appointed as spokesperson for the following roles:
      • Community constable and graffiti liaison for St Lukes
      • Youth spokesperson (to replace both previous incumbents)

  4. Top DECLARATION BY COMMUNITY BOARD MEMBER PURSUANT TO SCHEDULE 7, PART 1, CLAUSE 14 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2002

    Board Member Rochelle Rees made her declaration pursuant to Schedule 7, Clause 14, of the Local Government Act 2002.

    There being no further business, the chairperson declared the meeting closed at 6.19 pm.
