1. APOLOGIES

   Moved: Graham/Clark

   That the apologies from Board member Abbott and Councillor Boyle for absence and Councillor Northey for lateness, be accepted.

   CARRIED

2. PRESENTATION ON TRANSIT'S STATE HIGHWAY 20 MANUKAU HARBOUR CROSSING PROJECT

   Moved: Graham/Clark

   That Matthew Rednall, Roads Manager Transport Strategy, Policy and Projects, and Tommy Parker, Deputy Regional Manager Transit New Zealand, be thanked for their attendance and information provided regarding the State Highway 20 Manukau Harbour Crossing project.

   CARRIED

3. PUBLIC FORUM

   Moved: Graham/Hinchcliff

   1. That the Board thanks the public forum submitters for their presentations and appreciates the community's local skill and expertise.
   2. That the issues raised by the public forum submitters be conveyed to the political liaison group for the State Highway 20 Manukau Harbour Crossing for consideration.
   3. That the Board urges the community to submit to Transit's Notice of Requirement for the State Highway 20 Manukau Harbour Crossing Project.

   CARRIED

   There being no further business the Chairperson declared the meeting closed at 9:11pm.
