    That the Mt Roskill Community Board appoints a working party consisting of board members Taylor, Taylor-Raffills and Turnbull to prepare the Board's submission on the draft liquor licensing policy.

    8.1. DISCRETIONARY FUNDING - AKARANA AVENUE KINDERGARTEN

    That the discretionary funding application from Akarana Avenue Kindergarten to purchase a water tank and a small garden shed be received but declined.

    8.2. DISCRETIONARY FUNDING - ROSKILL COMMUNITY TRUST

    That the discretionary funding application from Roskill Community Trust be received.

    That the Mt Roskill Community Board approves the allocation of $613.56 2009/2010 discretionary funding budget to Roskill Community Trust (May Road OSCAR) to provide first aid and child abuse awareness training for the staff of the OSCAR programme.

    That the Roskill Community Trust be requested to provide an accountability statement to the Mt Roskill Community Board following expenditure of the $613.56.

    8.3. DISCRETIONARY FUNDING - WAIKOWHAI COMMUNITY TRUST

    That the discretionary funding application from Waikowhai Community Trust be received.

    That the Mt Roskill Community Board approves the allocation of $1,940.00 from its 2009/2010 discretionary funding budget to Waikowhai Community Trust to provide a school holiday programme from 28 September 2009 until 2 October 2009 at the Roskill South Oasis.

    That the Waikowhai Community Trust be requested to provide an accountability statement to the Mt Roskill Community Board following expenditure of the $1,940.00.

    That the discretionary funding application from Wesley Kindergarten to install two bench type seats adjacent to the kindergarten fence be received but declined.

    • Three Kings Carols by Candlelight - first meeting on 28 September 2009
