    1. That the Tamaki Community Board support the continuation of Community Liaison Group on Policing and Security meetings.
    2. That the Tamaki Community Board recommend to the incoming Maungakiekie-Tamaki Local Board that Community Liaison Group on Policing and Security meetings continue and that they be hosted by the Maungakiekie-Tamaki Local Board from 1 November 2010.
    3. That the Tamaki Community Board recommend to the incoming Maungakiekie-Tamaki Local Board that future Community Liaison Group on Policing and Security meetings be scheduled as follows:
      • That the last meeting for 2010 be held from 10am to midday in the Maungarei Rooms on Friday 19 November.
      • That quarterly meetings, which follow the pattern of the third Friday of every third month (being February, May, August and November each year) from 10am to midday in the Maungarei Rooms, be booked on the following dates for 2011, 2012 and 2013:
