    OBITUARY

    Councillor Bhatnagar advised the Council of the recent passing of Colin Kay, a past Councillor (1971-1980) and Mayor (1980 - 1983) of Auckland City and a well respected member of the community. Councillor Bhatnagar paid tribute to Colin Kay's contribution to the community and advised that their thoughts were with his family at this difficult time. A minutes silence was observed.
