  2. Top CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES

    That the minutes of the Art Gallery Board meeting held on Thursday, 23 October 2008 be confirmed as a true and correct record.

  3. Top EXTRAORDINARY BUSINESS

    There was no extraordinary business.

  4. Top PUBLIC FORUM

    There were no requests to speak in public forum.

    That item 6 be taken at this point.

  5. Top TEN-YEAR PLAN PERFORMANCE MEASURES

    1. That the Art Gallery Board approve the following performance measures, for inclusion in the Ten-year Long-term Council Community Plan 2009-2019:
      1. Number of participants in education and public art programmes;
      2. Number of visits to the gallery;
      3. Percentage of visitors satisfied with the art gallery.
    2. That the Art Gallery Board note that the performance measures with targets will be incorporated in the draft Ten-year Long-term Council Community Plan 2009-2019 document presented to the March 2009 Combined Committee.

  6. Top AUCKLAND ART GALLERY TOI O TAMAKI REPORT FOR OCTOBER-DECEMBER 2008

    The Director, Auckland Art Gallery, spoke to the item regarding the work progress of the development of the new Art Gallery and the Manager, Art and Access Programmes spoke about previous and up coming art events.

    That the report on the Auckland Art Gallery Toi O Tamaki report for October-December 2008 from the Director, Auckland Art Gallery, dated 10 February 2009, be received.

  7. Top AUCKLAND ART GALLERY TOI O TAMAKI FINANCIAL REPORT TO 31 DECEMBER 2008

    That the report on the Auckland Art Gallery Toi O Tamaki Financial report to 31 December 2008 by the Manager business support, dated 2 February 2009, be received.

    CARRIED

    There being no further business the Chairperson declared the meeting closed at 10:50 am.
