1. APOLOGIES

   That the apologies from Board members Lisa Reihana for late arrival and Councillor Greg Moyle for non attendance be accepted.

2. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES

   That the minutes of the Art Gallery Board meeting held on Thursday, 25 June 2009 be confirmed as a true and correct record.

   CARRIED

3. EXTRAORDINARY BUSINESS

   There was no extraordinary business.

4. PUBLIC FORUM

   There were no requests to speak in public forum.

5. AUCKLAND ART GALLERY TOI O TAMAKI REPORT FOR JUNE - JULY 2009

   That the Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki Report for June - July 2009, from the Director of the Auckland Art Gallery, be received.

   CARRIED

   Secretarial note: All members of the Art Gallery Board took the opportunity to recognise and thank Chris Saines for his outstanding contribution and leadership during. not only the Art Gallery upgrade, but in the daily management of the Art Gallery.

6. AUCKLAND ART GALLERY TOI O TAMAKI FINANCIAL REPORT TO 30 JUNE 2009

   That the Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki Financial Report to 30 June 2009, from the Manager business support, be received.

   CARRIED

   There being no further business the Chairman declared the meeting closed at 10.40 am.
