In particular, two appeals have been lodged with the Environment Court
against the council's decision granting consent to Transpower to enable
the operation of one live circuit of the Henderson - Otahuhu
Transmission Line above the currently permitted operating capacity limit
during a forced outage and the disclosure of information at this stage
could be used by other parties to gain improper advantage prior to court
proceedings. |
