SECTION 357B OBJECTION TO COSTS FOR RESOURCE CONSENT APPLICATION AT 599-607 MT EDEN ROAD, MT EDEN
| Scott Macarthur |
|
| Senior Planner |
16 October 2009 |
Reporting on an objection received to additional charges invoiced for processing
resource consent in relation to an application to legalise an existing
restaurant that has operated at 599-607 Mt Eden Road since the 1980's. The
applicant does not object to any particular part of the processing costs, but
rather objects on principle that a notified resource consent application had to
be pursued which incurred the additional costs.
Recommending that the applicant's objections to the additional charges be
dismissed.
