  4. Top COOK STREET (BETWEEN NELSON STREET AND SAM WRIGLEY STREET), AUCKLAND CENTRAL, HOBSON WARD - PARKING RESTRICTIONS AS PER ON-STREET - RESOLUTION ID: 8382

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. between the hours of 3pm to 6pm/Monday to Friday only scheduled buses operating on a defined route are entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution;
      3. at all other times, any vehicle is entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution unless otherwise specified;
      4. the times for parking of buses on the parking place specified in this resolution are defined as a maximum time of 30 minutes;
      5. the conditions subject to the parking place will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

    4. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. between the hours of 9am to 6pm/Monday to Sunday only scheduled buses operating on a defined route are entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution;
      3. at all other times, any vehicle is entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution unless otherwise specified;
      4. the times for parking of buses on the parking place specified in this resolution are defined as a maximum time of 30 minutes;
      5. the conditions subject to the parking place will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

      Cook Street, north side, from a point 128.5 metres west of the extended line of the western kerb line of Nelson Street and extending west for a distance of 16.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'B2' in the attached drawing dps-2007-129)

    5. That pursuant to clause 25.15 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended),
      1. the parking place, part or portion of a road described in this resolution is declared to be a pay and display area between the hours of 9am to 3pm/ Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturday;
      2. the fees payable for the parking of a vehicle in each such pay and display area at all relevant times are prescribed to be - one dollar per hour;
      3. the payment procedure for the parking of a vehicle in each such pay and display area is declared to be - payment utilising coinage, credit card or cellular phone;
      4. the maximum time allowed for the parking of a vehicle in such pay and display area on one occasion is declared to be 240 minutes ;
      5. appropriate parking meters will be placed, the location of pay and display areas will be indicated by painted lines and the appropriate signs erecte

That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be revoke
    9. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

  5. Top BOLLARD AVENUE, BLOCKHOUSE BAY, EDEN-ALBERT WARD - RIGHT TURN BAN - RESOLUTION ID - 8391

    1. That pursuant to the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004:
      1. the driver of a vehicle must not turn to the right on the roadways described in this resolution, between the hours of 4pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday;
      2. the prohibitions described in this resolution will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and, where necessary, road markings in the form described in the First and Second Schedules of Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004.

      The restriction applies to vehicles turning from Bollard Avenue onto New North Road, Blockhouse Bay.

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be revoke
    3. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

  6. Top ELGIN STREET (BETWEEN GREAT NORTH ROAD AND CRUMMER ROAD), GREY LYNN, WESTERN BAYS WARD - PARKING RESTRICTIONS IMPLEMENTATION - RESOLUTION ID - 8375

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      Elgin Street, west side, from the extended line of the northern kerb line of Great North Road and extending north for a distance of 18.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'A1' in the attached drawing dps-2007-125)

      Elgin Street, east side, from the extended line of the northern kerb line of Great North Road and extending north for a distance of 6.0 metres (refer to the area marked 'A2' in the attached drawing dps-2007-125)

      Elgin Street, east side, from a point 22.5 metres north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Great North Road and extending north for a distance of 5.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'A3' in the attached drawing dps-2007-125)

    2. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. the times for the parking of any vehicle on the parking place specified in this resolution are defined as a maximum time of 120 minutes between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm/ Monday to Friday;
      3. the restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Elgin Street, east side, from a point 6.0 metres north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Great North Road and extending north for a distance of 16.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'B1' in the attached drawing dps-2007-125)

      Elgin Street, east side, from a point 28.0 metres north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Great North Road and extending north for a distance of 10.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'B2' in the attached drawing dps-2007-125)

    3.   7. Top CHURCH STREET, ONEHUNGA, MAUNGAKIEKIE WARD - BUS STOPS - RESOLUTION ID - 8392

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      Church Street, south side, from the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Waller Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 6.0 metres.

    2. That pursuant to clause 25.10 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended),
      1. the part of road described in this resolution is a stopping place and is reserved as a BUS STOP for the exclusive use of buses operating on a defined route;
      2. the stopping place will be marked out as a bus stop using the appropriate signs and road markings.

      Church Street, north side, from a point 29.5 metres east of the prolongation of the eastern kerb line of Waller Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 24.0 metres

      Church Street, south side, from a point 6.0 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Waller Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 14.5 metres

    3. That pursuant to clause 25.9 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the part of road described in this resolution is determined to be a loading zone between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday;
      2. the stopping, standing or parking of any vehicle in the loading zones determined and described in this resolution is restricted to a maximum time of five minutes;
      3. the restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

      Church Street, south side, from a point 31.5 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Waller Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 6.5 metres

    4. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles made pursuant to Clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be revoke
    5. That this resolution will take effect when traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

  8. Top RICHMOND ROAD, WESTMERE, WESTERN BAYS WARD - NO STOPPING AT ALL TIMES RESTRICTION - RESOLUTION ID - 8390

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the STOPPING of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is PROHIBITED and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      Richmond Road, east side, from the extended line of the southern kerb line of Sackville Street and extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 6.0 metres (Refer to area marked 'A1').

      Richmond Road, east side, from a point 71.5 south of the extended line of the southern kerb line of Sackville Street and extending in a southerly then south easterly direction along the kerb line for a distance of 46.5 metres (Refer to area marked 'A2').

      Richmond Road, north side, from the extended line of the western kerb line of Hakanoa Street and extending in a westerly direction for a distance of 7.0 metres (Refer to area marked 'A3').

    2. That pursuant to clause 25.10 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended),
      1. the part of road described in this resolution is a stopping place and is reserved as a BUS STOP for the exclusive use of buses operating on a defined route;
      2. the stopping place will be marked out as a bus stop using the appropriate signs and road markings.

      Richmond Road, north side, from a point 7.0 metres west of the extended line of the western kerb line of Hakanoa Street and extending in a westerly direction for a distance of 17.5 metres (Refer to area marked 'B1').

    3. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be revoke
    4. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.17 of the Auckland City Consolidated 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended),
      1. the road or part of road described in this resolution is specified as the location of a special vehicle lane between the hours of 4pm and 6pm Monday to Friday;
      2. the use of the special vehicle lane specified in this resolution is restricted to buses, cycles, mopeds and motorcycles (unless one or more are specified in this resolution as excluded);
      3. the special vehicle lanes described in this resolution will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.
