    2. Urgent decision: Amended temporary traffic and parking restriction changes to Customs Street East, Auckland Central, Hobson Ward - Link bus stop relocation - bus stop, GSV loading zone, taxi stand.

    The reason for urgency is due to work that will commence before the actual meeting date.

    1. That pursuant to Clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      Panmure Community Centre Carpark, northern boundary, from a point 4.0 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Pilkington Road and extending east for a distance of 37.0 metres. (Refer area marked 'A1').

      3. parking spaces are reserved at all times;
      4. the maximum time allowed for the parking of a vehicle displaying an operation mobility card or permit is defined as 180 minutes;
      5. each reserved parking space described in this resolution will be indicated by appropriate signs and road markings.

    2. This resolution will take effect when all necessary road markings and signs are in place.

      2. the stopping place will be marked out as a bus stop using the appropriate signs and road markings.

      Queens Road, north side, from a point 223.5 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Pilkington Road and extending east for a distance of 21.5 metres. (Refer area marked 'F1').

    7. That pursuant to Clause 25.10 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended),
      1. the part of road described in resolution is a stopping place and is reserved as a bus stop for the exclusive use of buses between the hours of 4pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday;
      2. the stopping place will be marked out as a bus stop using the appropriate signs and road markings.

      Queens Road, north side, from a point 245.5 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Pilkington Road and extending east for a distance of 22.5 metres. (Refer area marked 'G1').

    8. That pursuant to Clause 25.9 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the part of road described in this resolution is determined to be a loading zone between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday;
      2. the stopping, standing or parking of goods service vehicles in the loading zones determined in this resolution is restricted to a maximum time of five minutes;
      3. the loading zone restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

      Queens Road, south side, from a point 13.0 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Basin View Lane and extending east for a distance of 10.0 metres. (Refer area marked 'H1').

    9. That pursuant to Clause 25.9 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the part of road described in this resolution is determined to be a loading zone between the hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm,Saturday;
      2. the stopping, standing or parking of goods service vehicles in the loading zones determined in this resolution is restricted to a maximum time of five minutes;
      3. the loading zone restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

      Queens Road, north side, from a point 245.5 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Pilkington Road and extending east for a distance of 22.5 metres. (Refer area marked 'G1').

    10. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to Clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be revoked.
    11. This resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of vehicles on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is restricted to the corresponding authorised vehicle so described and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Quay Street Auckland Central - both kerb lines from a point approximately 6.0m from the eastern kerb line of Lower Hobson Street, extending east to a point approximately 6.0m from the western kerb line of The Strand.

      Tamaki Drive - both kerb lines from a point approximately 6.0m from the eastern kerb line of The Strand extending east to a point approximately 6.0m from the western kerb line of Goldie Street.

      The Parade, Mission Bay - both kerb lines from a point approximately 6.0m from the southern kerb line of Tamaki Drive, extending south to a point approximately 6.0m from the northern kerb line of Dingle Road.

      Goldie Street, Mission Bay - both kerb lines from a point approximately 6.0m from the southern kerb line of Tamaki Drive, extending south to a point approximately 6.0m from the eastern kerb line of The Parade.

      Baddeley Avenue, Kohimarama - eastern kerb line for a distance of approximately 8.0m across the vehicle entrance of Madill's Farm.

      Baddeley Avenue, Kohimarama - western kerb line for a distance of approximately 50.0m opposite the entrance to Madill's Farm.

      Glover Road, St Heliers - southern kerb line from a point approximately 6.0m from the eastern kerb line of Springcombe Road, extending east to the western end of Glover Park.

      Auckland Road, St Heliers, both kerb lines from a point approximately 6.0m from the southern kerb line of Tamaki Drive, extending south to a point approximately 6.0m from the eastern kerb line of Long Drive.

      Sage Road, Kohimarama - western kerb line from a point approximately 6.0m from the southern kerb line of Tamaki Drive, extending south to a point approximately 6.0m from the northern kerb line of Melanesia Road.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times

That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date and time as outlined above.

That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date as outlined in the above.

  15. Top GABADOR PLACE, MOUNT WELLINGTON - TAMAKI WARD - INSTALLATION OF BUS STOP - RESOLUTION ID - 8586

    1. That pursuant to Clause 25.10 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended),
      1. the part of road described in resolution is a stopping place and is reserved as a bus stop for the exclusive use of buses at all times;
      2. the stopping place will be marked out as a bus stop using the appropriate signs and road markings.

      Gabador Place, south side, from a point 76.5 metres west of the extended line of the western kerb line of Fisher Crescent and extending west for a distance of 12.0 metres.

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to Clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be revoked.
    3. That this resolution will take effect when traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

  17. Top TEMPORARY TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTION CHANGES, VINCENT STREET, CONSTRUCTION LOADING ZONE.

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.9 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport rule 54002: Traffic control Devices 2004,
      1. the part of road described in this resolution is determined to be a loading zone at all times;
      2. the stopping, standing or parking of authorised construction vehicles only in the loading zones determined in this resolution is unrestricted to any maximum time;
      3. the loading zone restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings

      Vincent Street, east side from a point 307.4 metres south of the extended line of the southern kerb line of Mayoral Drive and extending south for a distance of 41.1 metres (refer to area marked 'Z2')

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be suspended until 1 June 2009.
