    The following items were introduced by the sub-committee and are considered as items 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25:

    1. Temporary traffic and parking restriction changes to Vincent Street construction loading zone - Resolution ID - 8655;
    2. Minor safety works project - no stopping at all times restrictions at the Victor Street / Great North Road Intersection, Blockhouse Bay, Avondale Ward - Resolution ID - 8652;
    3. Minor safety works project - no stopping at all times restrictions at the Henry Street / Great North Road Intersection, Blockhouse Bay, Avondale Ward - Resolution ID - 8653;
    4. Minor safety works project - no stopping at all times restrictions at the Great North Road / Henry Street / Victor Street Intersection, Blockhouse Bay, Avondale Ward - Resolution ID - 8644;
    5. Minor safety works project - no stopping at all times restrictions on Plane Street, Blockhouse Bay, Avondale Ward - Resolution ID - 8656.

    The reason for urgency being that the works planned in these reports are commencing prior to the next sub-committee meeting.

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      Gore Street, east side, from the extended line of the northern kerb line of Fort Street and extending north for a distance of 13.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'A1' in the attached drawing dps-2009-202)

    2. That pursuant to clause 25.15 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended),
      1. the parking place, part or portion of a road described in this resolution is declared to be a pay and display area between the hours of 8am to 6pm/ Monday to Friday;
      2. the fees payable for the parking of a vehicle in each such pay and display area at all relevant times are prescribed to be - four dollars per hour;
      3. the payment procedure for the parking of a vehicle in each such pay and display area is declared to be - payment utilising coinage, credit card or cellular phone;
      4. the maximum time allowed for the parking of a vehicle in such pay and display area on one occasion is declared to be
        60 minutes ;
      5. appropriate parking meters will be placed, the location of pay and display areas will be indicated by painted lines and the appropriate signs erected.

      2. the fees payable for the parking of a vehicle in each such pay and display area at all relevant times are prescribed to be - two dollars per hour;
      3. the payment procedure for the parking of a vehicle in each such pay and display area is declared to be - payment utilising coinage, credit card or cellular phone;

        120 minutes ;

    4. That pursuant to clause 25.9 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport rule 54002: Traffic control Devices 2004,
      1. the part of road described in this resolution is determined to be a loading zone at all times;
      2. the stopping, standing or parking of goods service vehicles in the loading zones determined in this resolution is restricted to a maximum time of five minutes;
      3. the loading zone restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

      Gore Street, west side, from a point 34.5 metres north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Fort Street and extending north for a distance of 6.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'C1' in the attached drawing dps-2009-202)

    5. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. between the hours of 7am to 7pm/Monday to Sunday & Public Holidays only scheduled buses are entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution;
      3. at all other times, any vehicle is entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution unless otherwise specified;
      4. the times for parking of buses on the parking place specified in this resolution are defined as a maximum time of 15 minutes;
      5. the conditions subject to the parking place will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

      Gore Street, west side, from a point 46.5 metres north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Fort Street and extending north for a distance of 12.0 metres(refer to the area marked 'D1' in the attached drawing dps-2009-202)
       

    6. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution are revoked.
    7. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

  5. Top TEMPORARY TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTION CHANGES ALBERT STREET, CBD - HOBSON WARD - CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE PARKING

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of vehicles on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is restricted to the corresponding authorised vehicles, from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturday and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs. Authorised vehicles: construction vehicles only for Bayleys Property Services Ltd

      Albert Street, Auckland Central - eastern kerb line from a point approximately 6.5m from the extended line of the southern kerb line of Customs Street West and extending south for a distance of 21.0 meters.

    2. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. at all other times only tour buses are entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution (After 1800hours when construction work has been completed.)
      3. at all other times, any vehicle is entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution unless otherwise specified;
      4. the times for parking of buses on the parking place specified in this resolution are defined as a maximum time of 10 minutes;
      5. the conditions subject to the parking place will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

      Albert Street, Auckland Central - eastern kerb line from a point approximately 6.5m from the extended line of the southern kerb line of Customs Street West and extending south for a distance of 21.0 meters.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following dates:

      From 0800 hours Day Friday Date 20th March 09
      To 1800 hours Day Friday Date 19th June 09


    3. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date and time as outlined above.

  6. Top TEMPORARY TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTION CHANGES TYLER STREET, GALWAY STREET, AUCKLAND CENTRAL - HOBSON WARD - RED BULL CITY SCRAMBLE - RESOLUTION ID - 36979

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of vehicles on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is restricted to the corresponding authorised vehicles so described, and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Tyler Street, Auckland Central - northern kerb line from a point approximately 6.0m from the eastern kerb line of Commerce Street, extending east to a point approximately 6.0m from the western kerb line of Britomart Place.

      Galway Street, Auckland Central - southern kerb line from a point approximately 6.0m from the eastern kerb line of Commerce Street, extending east to a point approximately 6.0m from the western kerb line of Britomart Place.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the times stated in this resolution between the following times:

      From 0600 hours Day Friday Date 29th May 09
      To 0400 hours Day Tuesday Date 2nd June 09


    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date and time as outlined above.

That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of vehicles on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is restricted to the corresponding authorised vehicles so described and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Beasley Avenue, Penrose - both kerb lines from a point approximately 6.0m from the northern kerb line of Church Street up to and including the cul-de-sac.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006(as amended) and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is prohibited between the hours detailed below and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Kingsland Avenue, Kingsland - east kerb between New North Road and First Avenue.

      First Avenue, Kingsland - south kerb between Kingsland Avenue and Central Road.

      Second Avenue, Kingsland - south kerb between Kingsland Avenue and Central Road.

      Third Avenue, Kingsland - south kerb between Kingsland Avenue and Central Road.

      Fourth Avenue, Kingsland - south kerb between Kingsland Avenue and Central Road.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:

      From 0800 hours Day Monday Date 18th May 09
      To 1800 hours Day Saturday Date 31st October 09


    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date as outlined in the above.

      2. the stopping, standing or parking of authorised construction vehicles only in the loading zones determined in this resolution is unrestricted to any maximum time;
      3. the loading zone restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings
