      1. the part of road described in this resolution is determined to be a loading zone between the hours of 4pm and 11pm on Saturday, 18th July 2009;
      2. the stopping, standing or parking of any vehicle in the loading zones determined and described in this resolution is restricted to a maximum time of five minutes;
      3. the restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.
      Sandringham Road, eastern kerb line from a point approximately 6.0m from the southern kerb line of Burnley Terrace, extending south for a distance of approximately 10.0m to the pedestrian crossing.

      Sandringham Road, western kerb line from a point approximately 6.0m from the southern kerb line of Ethel Street, extending south approximately 25.0m to approximately outside #181 Sandringham Road.

    4. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. parking spaces are reserved in the parking place specified in this resolution for the exclusive use of vehicles driven by or carrying disabled persons and displaying an operation mobility card or permit;
      3. parking spaces are reserved between the hours of 4pm and 11pm on Saturday 18th July 2009;
      4. the maximum time allowed for the parking of a vehicle displaying an operation mobility card or permit is defined as 420 minutes;
      5. each reserved parking space described in this resolution will be indicated by appropriate signs

      1. the parts of the road described in this resolution are reserved for the exclusive parking of specified motor vehicles owned by residents of the surrounding area and displaying a valid Residents Only Permit issued in respect of such a vehicle 'residents only parking area'
      2. the operation of the 'residents only parking area' identified in this resolution is limited to the hours of 4pm to 11pm, Saturday 18th July 2009
      3. the operation of the 'residents only parking area' identified in this resolution is subject to the condition that a valid residents permit is displayed
      4. a valid permit is required to be held for the use of the 'residents only parking area' identified in this resolution
      5. the 'residents only parking area' identified in this resolution will be evidenced by the appropriate signs

    6. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a taxi stand (being a type of transport station);
      2. between the hours of 4.00pm and 11pm Saturday 18th July, only taxis are entitled to use the taxi stand described in this resolution;
      3. at all other times, any vehicle is entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution unless otherwise specified;
      4. the conditions subject to the parking place will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.
      Dominion Road, western kerb line from a point approximately 12.0m from the northern kerb line of Bellwood Avenue, extending north to a point approximately 28.0m from the southern kerb line of Walters Road.

      New North Road, southern kerb line from a point approximately 6.0m from the western kerb line of Sandringham Road, extending west for a distance of approximately 45.0m

      Walters Road, northern kerb line from a point approximately 6.0m from the eastern kerb line of Kowhai Street, extending east to a point approximately 6.0m from the western kerb line of Cromwell Street.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the times stated in this resolution between the following times.

    7. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is prohibited between the hours detailed below and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Clovernook Road - northern side starting from a point approx 7m west of Broadway, heading west for a distance of approx 60m.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times
      From 0700 hours Day Monday Date 29th June 2009
      To 1800 hours Day Tuesday Date 29th December 2009


    2. That all previous resolutions pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date as outlined in the above.

  10. Top TEMPORARY TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTION CHANGES - HAULING AND TRENCHING THROUGH EXISTING MANHOLE - QUEEN STREET AND TYLER STREET - HOBSON WARD

    1. That the Transport Resolutions Sub Committee resolves:
      • Tyler Street, Hobson - South kerb from the intersection with Queen Street in an easterly direction for a distance of approx. 12 metres
      • Tyler Street, Hobson - North kerb from the intersection with Gore Street to the Intersection with Britomart Place
    2. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is prohibited between the hours detailed below and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      To  1600 hours Day Wednesday Date 22 July 2009


    3.     1. That the Transport Resolutions Sub Committee resolves Gifford Avenue, Mount Roskill - Both sides from May Road to Sandringham Road Extension
    2. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is prohibited between the hours detailed below and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times

      From  0900 hours Day Monday Date 27 July 2009
      To  1600 hours Day Saturday Date 29 August 2009


    3. That all previous resolutions pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date as outlined in the above.
