    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      2. the stopping, standing or parking of goods service vehicles in the loading zones determined in this resolution is restricted to a maximum time of five minutes;
      3. the loading zone restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. the times for the parking of any vehicle on the parking place specified in this resolution are defined as a maximum time of 30 minutes between the hours of 8am to 6pm/ Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays;
      3. the restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      Haycock Avenue, east side, from a point 100.7 metres south of the extended line of the southern kerb line of Ellis Avenue and extending south along the kerb line for a distance of 157.5 metres as shown in the drawing # Z1608210-0132/G140/Rev1 dated 24/06/09.

      Haycock Avenue, west side, from a point 44.0 metres south of the extended line of the southern kerb line of John Davis Road and extending south along the kerb line for a distance of 105.2 metres as shown in the drawing # Z1608210-0132/G140/Rev1 dated 24/06/09.

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to any Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are revoked.
    3. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

  6. Top KOHIMARAMA ROAD - KOHIMARAMA - EASTERN BAYS WARD - NO STOPPING AT ALL TIMES RESTRICTION - RESOLUTION ID - 8701

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      Kohimarama Road, east side, from the extended line of the northern kerb line of St Heliers Bay Road and extending north for a distance of 117.5 metres.

      Kohimarama Road, west side, from a point 6.4 metres south of the southern property boundary line of property # 317 Kohimarama Road and extending south for a distance of 232.0 metres.

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to any Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are revoked.
    3. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      Parliament Street, north side, from the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Eden Crescent and extending east for a distance of 12.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'A1' in attached drawing dps-2009-229)

      Parliament Street, north side, from a point 55.5 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Eden Crescent and extending east for a distance of 9.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'A2' in attached drawing dps-2009-229)

      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. the manner of parking of any vehicle on the parking place specified in this resolution is defined as parking only at an angle to the direction of roadway.

      Parliament Street, south side, from a point 13.5 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Waterloo Quadrant and extending east for a distance of 79.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'D1' + 'E1' + 'B4' in attached drawing dps-2009-229)

    3. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. parking spaces are reserved in the parking place specified in this resolution for the exclusive use of vehicles driven by or carrying disabled persons and displaying an operation mobility card or permit;
      3. parking spaces are reserved between the hours of 8am to 6pm / Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays;
      4. the maximum time allowed for the parking of a vehicle displaying an operation mobility card or permit is defined as 180 minutes;
      5. each reserved parking space described in this resolution will be indicated by appropriate signs and road markings.

      Parliament Street, south side, from a point 21.0 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Waterloo Quadrant and extending east for a distance of 7.0 metres (refer to the area marked 'E1' in attached drawing dps-2009-229)

    4. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. the times for the parking of any vehicle on the parking place specified in this resolution are defined as a maximum time of 10 minutes between the hours of 8am to 6pm / Monday to Sunday;
      3. the restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Parliament Street, south side, from a point 13.5 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Waterloo Quadrant and extending east for a distance of 7.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'D1' in attached drawing dps-2009-229)

    5. That pursuant to clause 25.14 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the parts of the road described in this resolution are reserved for the exclusive parking of specified motor vehicles owned by residents of the surrounding area and displaying a valid Residents Only Permit issued in respect of such a vehicle 'residents permit holders only parking area'
      2. the operation of the 'residents permit holders only parking area' identified in this resolution is at all times;
      3. the fee for the use of the 'residents permit holders only parking area' identified in this resolution is 150 dollars per year;
      4. a valid permit is required to be held for the use of the 'residents permit holders only parking area' identified in this resolution;
      5. the 'residents permit holders only parking area' identified in this resolution will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings

      Parliament Street, north side, from a point 59.0 metres west of the extended line of the western kerb line of Eden Crescent and extending west for a distance of 44.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'C1' in attached drawing dps-2009-229)

    6. That pursuant to clauses 25.14 and 25.15 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006,
      1. the parking place, part or portion of road described in this resolution is declared to be a pay and display area between the hours of 8am to 6pm / Monday to Saturday;
      2. the fees payable for the parking of a vehicle in each such pay and display area at all relevant times are prescribed to be four dollars per hour;
      3. the payment procedure for the parking of a vehicle in each such pay and display area is declared to be payment utilising coinage, cellular phone and credit card;
      4. the maximum time allowed for the parking of a vehicle in such pay and display area on one occasion is declared to be 60 minutes;
      5. the parts of road described in this resolution are identified as being able to be used by specified vehicles owned by eligible residents of the surrounding area and displaying a valid Residents Exemption Permit issued in respect of such a vehicle (referred to as a 'resident's exemption parking area');
      6. the operation of the 'residents exemption parking area' identified in this resolution is limited to the operating days and / or times so described;
      7. appropriate parking meters will be placed, the location of pay and display areas will be indicated by painted lines and the appropriate signs erected.

      Parliament Street, north side, from a point 12.5 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Eden Crescent and extending east for a distance of 43.0 metres (refer to the area marked 'B1' in attached drawing dps-2009-229)

      Parliament Street, north side, from a point 7.0 metres west of the extended line of the western kerb line of Eden Crescent and extending west for a distance of 17.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'B2' in attached drawing dps-2009-229)

    7. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to any Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are revoked.
    8. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution is in place.

  8. Top TEMPORARY TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTION CHANGES - RESURFACING CARRIAGEWAY - ANDES PLACE - MT ROSKILL

    1. That the Transport Resolutions Sub Committee resolves that Andes Place, Mt Roskill, from the Avenue to end of Andes Place implement temporary traffic and parking restrictions.
    2. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is prohibited At all times from 0800 hours 3rd August to 1700 hours 31st August 2009 and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.
    3. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to any Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date as outlined in the above.

  9. Top TEMPORARY TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTION CHANGES - BEASLEY AVENUE, PENROSE - TAMAKI/MAUNGAKIEKIE WARD - NZ WARRIORS V GOLD COAST TITANS - MT SMART STADIUM - RESOLUTION ID - 38751

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Traffic Bylaw 2006, and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of vehicles on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is restricted to the corresponding authorised vehicles so described and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Beasley Avenue, Penrose - both kerb lines from a point approximately 6.0m from the northern kerb line of Church Street up to and including the cul-de-sac.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:

      Beasley Avenue, Penrose, both kerb lines from a point approximately 6.0m from the northern kerb line of Church Street extending west up to and including the cul-de-sac

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to any Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date as outlined in the above.

      Mahuhu Crescent, western kerb line from a point approximately 14.0m from the northern kerb line of Te Taou Crescent, extending north for a distance of approximately 25.0m

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:

    2. Tyler Street, Hobson - South kerb from the intersection with Queen Street in an easterly direction for a distance of approx. 12 metres
    3. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to any Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date as outlined in the above.
