    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.
    2. Waiohua Road, Refer to the area marked 'A1' in the attached drawing dps-2009-253.
    3. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. the times for the parking of any vehicle on the parking place specified in this resolution are defined as a maximum time of 120 minutes between the hours of 8am to 6pm/Monday to Friday;
      3. the restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

    2. That pursuant to clause 25.10 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006,
      1. the part of road described in resolution is a stopping place and is reserved as a bus stop for the exclusive use of buses at all times;
      2. the stopping place will be marked out as a bus stop using the appropriate signs and road markings.
      Anzac Avenue, east side, from a point 90.5 meters north from the prolongation of the southern kerb line of Short Street and extending north for a distance of 44.0 meters (B1).

      Anzac Avenue, west side, from a point 78.0 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Short Street and extending north for a distance of 20.0 metres (B2).

    3. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. at all times only buses are entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution;
      3. the conditions subject to the parking place will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.
      Anzac Avenue, east side, from a point 101.0 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Alten Road and extending north for a distance of 18.5 metres (C1).
    4. That pursuant to clause 25.9 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic control Devices 2004,
      1. the part of road described in this resolution is determined to be a loading zone between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday;
      2. the stopping, standing or parking of goods service vehicles in the loading zones determined in this resolution is restricted to a maximum time of five minutes;
      3. the loading zone restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.
      Anzac Avenue, east side, from a point 70.5 meters north from the prolongation of the northern kerb line of Parliament Street and extending north for a distance of 6.5 meters (D1).

      Anzac Avenue, east side, from a point 193.5 meters north from the prolongation of the northern kerb line of Parliament Street and extending north for a distance of 7.0 meters (D2).

      Anzac Avenue, west side, from a point 158.0 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Parliament Street and extending north for a distance of 7.0 metres (D3).
    5. That pursuant to clause 25.17 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006,
      1. the road or part of road described in this resolution is specified as the location of a special vehicle lane at all times;
      2. the use of the special vehicle lane specified in this resolution is restricted to buses, cycles, mopeds and motorcycles (unless one or more are specified in this resolution as excluded);
      3. the special vehicle lanes described in this resolution will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.
      Anzac Avenue, east side, from a point 6.5 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Alten Road and extending north for a distance of 15.5 metres (E1).

      Anzac Avenue, east side, from a point 91.5 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Alten Road and extending north for a distance of 438.5 metres (E2).

      Anzac Avenue, west side, from a point 93.5 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Waterloo Quadrant and extending north for a distance of 72.0 metres (E3).

      Anzac Avenue, west side, from a point 12.0 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Parliament Street and extending north for a distance of 207.0 meters (E4).

      Anzac Avenue, west side, from a point 10.5 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Short Street and extending north for a distance of 87.0 metres (E5).
    6. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. parking spaces are reserved in the parking place specified in this resolution for the exclusive use of vehicles driven by or carrying disabled persons and displaying an operation mobility card or permit;
      3. parking spaces are reserved at all times;
      4. the maximum time allowed for the parking of a vehicle displaying an operation mobility card or permit is defined as 180 minutes;
      5. each reserved parking space described in this resolution will be indicated by appropriate signs and road markings.
      Anzac Avenue, east side, from a point 200.5 meters north from the prolongation of the northern kerb line of Parliament Street and extending north for a distance of 7.5 meters (F1).

      Anzac Avenue, west side, from a point 58.5 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Waterloo Quadrant and extending north for a distance of 7.0 metres (F2).

    7. That pursuant to clause 25.15 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006,
      1. the parking place, part or portion of a road described in this resolution is declared to be a pay and display area between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday;
      2. the fees payable for the parking of a vehicle in each such pay and display area at all relevant times are prescribed to be $4.00 per hour;
      3. the payment procedure for the parking of a vehicle in each such pay and display area is declared to be payment utilising coinage, cellular phone and credit card;
      4. the maximum time allowed for the parking of a vehicle in such pay and display area on one occasion is declared to be 60 minutes;
      5. appropriate parking meters will be placed, the location of pay and display areas will be indicated by painted lines and the appropriate signs erected.
      Anzac Avenue, east side, from a point 55.5 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Alten Road and extending north for a distance of 36.0 metres (G1).

      Anzac Avenue, east side, from a point 96.0 meters north from the prolongation of the northern kerb line of Parliament Street and extending north for a distance of 12.5 meters (G2).

    8. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of vehicles on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is prohibited except for police vehicles and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Anzac Avenue, west side, from a point 41.0 meters north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Waterloo Quadrant and extending north for a distance of 14.0 metres (H1).

    9. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to any Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are revoked.
    10. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

  11. Top TEMPORARY TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTION CHANGES - AIREDALE STREET, AUCKLAND CENTRAL - HOBSON WARD - MEDIA WORKS TV SERIES - RESOLUTION ID - 39591

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Traffic Bylaw 2006, and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is restricted to the corresponding authorised vehicles so described, and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Airedale Street, Auckland Central, northern kerb line from a point approximately 33.0m from the eastern kerb line of Queen Street, extending east for a distance of approximately 35.0m including the turning bay.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Traffic Bylaw 2006, in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date and time as outlined above.

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Traffic Bylaw 2006, and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is restricted to the corresponding authorised vehicles so described and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Beasley Avenue, Penrose, both kerb lines from a point approximately 6.0m from the northern kerb line of Church Street extending west up to and including the cul-de-sac

    1.       Ace Place, Kingsland - both sides from the intersection with New North Road to the end of Ace Place.

      Aitken Terrace, Kingsland - both sides from outside and opposite #8 Aitken Terrace to the intersection with Bright Street.

      Ngahura Street, Eden Terrace - both sides from the intersection with New North Road to the end of Ngahura Street.

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date as outlined in the above.

      Seccombes Road, Newmarket, both kerb lines from a point approximately 6.0m from the western kerb line of Gillies Avenue extending north to a point approximately 6.0m from the eastern kerb line of Almorah Place

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:

      3. the loading zone restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

    6. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.
