    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Bylaws 2006, and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of vehicles on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is restricted to the corresponding authorised vehicles so described and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Halsey Street, Auckland Central, eastern kerb line from a point approximately 9.0m from southern kerb line of Jellicoe Street, extending south for a distance of approximately 45.0m (first two parking bays)

      2. between the hours as specified in this resolution, only buses are entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution.
      3. at all other times, any vehicle is entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution unless otherwise specified;
      4. the times for parking of buses on the parking place specified in this resolution are defined as per times in this resolution;
      5. the conditions subject to the parking place will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and marking.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:

  7. Top TEMPORARY TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTION CHANGES - CARLTON GORE ROAD, MARKET ROAD, KALMIA STREET - HOBSON WARD - VEOLIA TEMPORARY BUS STOPS - RESOLUTION ID - 40572

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006,
      1. the part of road described in resolution is a stopping place and is reserved as a bus stop for the exclusive use of buses for the duration of this resolution.
      2. The stopping place will be marked out as a bus stop using the appropriate signs.

    1.       Elizabethan Gardens, west side from a point 73.0 metres north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Bermuda Road and extending north along the kerb line for a distance of 33.0 metres, as marked 'A2' in the drawing.

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths made pursuant to any Auckland City Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are revoked.
    3. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

  9. Top GRAFTON BRIDGE (SYMONDS STREET TO GRAFTON ROAD), AUCKLAND CITY - HOBSON WARD - CENTRAL CONNECTOR - PERMANENT TRAFFIC AND BUS LANE IMPLEMENTATION - RESOLUTION ID - 12200

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      Grafton Bridge, north side, from a point 9.0 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Symonds Street and extending east for a distance of 338.0 metres (A1).

      Grafton Bridge, north side, from the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Symonds Street and extending east for a distance of 6.0 metres (A3).

      Grafton Bridge, south side, from a point 3.0 metres west of the extended line of the western kerb line of Grafton Road and extending west for a distance of 338.5 metres (A2).

      Grafton Bridge, south side, from a point 344.5 metres west of the extended line of the western kerb line of Grafton Road and extending west for a distance of 7.0 metres
    2. That pursuant to clause 25.17 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006,
      1. the road or part of road described in this resolution is specified as the location of a special vehicle lane between 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday;
      2. the use of the special vehicle lane specified in this resolution is restricted to buses, cycles, mopeds and motorcycles (unless one or more are specified in this resolution as excluded);
      3. the special vehicle lanes described in this resolution will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.
      Grafton Bridge, north side, from a point 4.0 metres west of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Symonds Street and extending east 347.5 metres to the intersection with Grafton Road (B1).

      Grafton Bridge, south side, from a point 9.0 metres west of the extended line of the western kerb line of Grafton Road and extending west 342.5 metres to the intersection with Symonds Street (B2).

    3. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to any Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are revoked.
    4. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to any Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational.

    1. That pursuant to Clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Traffic Bylaw 2006, and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is prohibited, and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Mahuhu Crescent, Auckland Central, western kerb line from approximately 6.0m from the northern kerb line of Te Taou Crescent, extending north for a distance of approximately 37.5m

      Mahuhu Crescent, Auckland Central, southern kerb line from approximately 76.5m from the northern kerb line of Te Taou Crescent, extending west to approximately 35.0m from the eastern kerb line of Beach Road.

      Mahuhu Crescent, Auckland Central, northern kerb line from approximately 6.0m from the eastern kerb line of Tapora Street, extending east to Vector Arena.

      2. between the hours of 6pm to 12am, only taxis are entitled to use the taxi stand described in this resolution;
      3. at all other times, any vehicle is entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution unless otherwise specified;
      4. the conditions subject to the parking place will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.
      Mahuhu Crescent, Auckland Central, northern kerb line from approximately 6.0m from the western kerb line of Tapora Street, extending west for a distance of approximately 41.0m
    3. That pursuant to Clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Traffic Bylaw 2006, and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of vehicles on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is restricted to the corresponding authorised vehicles so described and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Mahuhu Crescent, Auckland Central, western kerb line from a point approximately 37.5m from the northern kerb line of Te Taou Crescent, extending north for a distance of approximately 33.0m.

      Tapora Street, Auckland Central, eastern kerb line from a point approximately 6.0m from the southern kerb line of Quay Street, extending south to a point approximately 6.0m from the northern kerb line of Mahuhu Crescent.

    4. That pursuant to Clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006:
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. parking spaces are reserved in the parking place specified in this resolution for the exclusive use of vehicles driven by or carrying disabled persons and displaying an operation mobility card or permit;
      3. parking spaces are reserved between the hours as indicated in this resolution.
      4. The reserved parking spaces described in this resolution will be indicated by the appropriate signs.
      Te Taou Crescent, Auckland Central, northern kerb line from a point approximately 6.0m from the western kerb line of Mahuhu Crescent, extending west for the length of the Pay and Display parking area.
    5. That pursuant to Clause 25.9 of the Auckland City Traffic Bylaw 2006, and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004:
      1. the part of road described in this resolution is determined to be loading zone between the hours of 6pm and 11pm;
      2. the stopping, standing or parking of any vehicle in this loading zones determined and described in this resolution is restricted to a maximum time of five minutes;
      3. the restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.
      Quay Street, Auckland Central, southern kerb line from a point approximately 50.0m from the eastern kerb line of Tapora Street, extending east for a distance of approximately 140.0m (to east side of the Vector Arena Footbridge).
    6. That pursuant to Clause 25.13 of the Auckland City Traffic Bylaw 2006, and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004,
      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. between the hours of 6pm and 11pm only buses are entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution;
      3. at all other times, any vehicle is entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution unless otherwise specified;
      4. the conditions subject to the parking place will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.
      Quay Street, Auckland Central, southern kerb line from the eastern end of the Vector Arena over bridge, extending east to a distance of approximately 100.0m.

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:

      From 1800 hours Day Tuesday Date 13th October 09
      To 2300 hours Day Tuesday Date 13th October 09

    7. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Traffic Bylaw 2006, in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational from 24 hours before each start date and time as detailed above and then six hours after each end date and time as outlined above.

  12. Top TEMPORARY TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTION CHANGES - TAMAKI DRIVE, MISSION BAY - EASTERN BAYS WARD - LIGHT POLE UPGRADE

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Traffic Bylaw 2006, and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of the road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate signs.

      Tamaki Drive, Mission Bay- Both kerb lines from Selwyn Avenue to The Parade

      The above parking controls will be enforced during the following times:
      From 0800 hours Day Monday Date 12th October 09
      To 1700 hours Day Monday Date 21st December 09

    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to any Auckland City Council Bylaws, in the areas described in this resolution are suspended for the time this resolution is operational.

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Council Traffic Bylaw 2006 and the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the stopping of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is prohibited and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.

      Walpole Street, east side, from the extended line of the northern kerb line of Main Highway and extending north for a distance of 11.0 metres (refer to the area marked 'A1' in the attached drawing dps-2009-289)

      Walpole Street, west side, from the extended line of the northern kerb line of Main Highway and extending north for a distance of 12.5 metres (refer to the area marked 'A2' in the attached drawing dps-2009-289)
