    That the minutes of the Auckland City Youth Council meeting held on Monday, 21 April 2008 be confirmed as a true and correct record.

    There were no requests to speak in public forum.

  5. Top COMMUNITY BOARD REPRESENTATIVES UPDATE

    That the verbal reports from Maungakiekie Community Board Chairperson Bridget Graham and Eastern Bays Community Board Member Kate Cooke be received and that they be thanked for their presentations.

  6. Top WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2008

    1. That the report and resolutions of the City Development Committee's 8 May 2008 meeting be received.
    2. That a project team of Youth Council members establish ways to support / actively promote the message of World Environment Day.

    That the memorandum of the Programme Advisor, Youth, dated May 2008, be received.

  9. Top PROJECT UPDATE ANNUAL PLAN

    1. That the information regarding the Youth Council 2008/2009 Annual Plan stakeholder presentation and workshop be received.
    2. That a working party of Youth Council members finalise the Youth Council submission to the Auckland City Council Draft Annual Plan 2008-2009.
