MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE URBAN STRATEGY AND GOVERNANCE AND FINANCE AND CORPORATE BUSINESS COMMITTEES HELD ON THURSDAY, 7 SEPTEMBER 2006 AT 11.02AM

1. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN FOR THIS MEETING

   That the Deputy Mayor be elected as Chairperson.

2. APOLOGIES

   That the apologies of Councillors Northey and Fryer for non-attendance and Councillor Simpson for lateness be accepted.

   CARRIED

3. EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC : LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL INFORMATION AND MEETINGS ACT 1987

   That the public be excluded from the following part(s) of the proceedings of this meeting.
