1. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN FOR THIS MEETING

   That Councillor Northey be elected as Chairperson.

   That apologies from His Worship the Mayor, Deputy Mayor Hucker and Councillors Armstrong, Boyle, Casey, Leighton and Sefuiva for non-attendance, and from Councillors Milne and Simpson for lateness be accepted.

   There was no extraordinary business.

   There were no requests to speak in public forum.

5. EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC : LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL INFORMATION AND MEETINGS ACT 1987
