    That Lindsey Rea and Bruce Kilmister be thanked for their presentation.

    4.2 CATHERINE ROSS – AVENUES TO REDUCE STIGMATISATION OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF MENTAL UNWELLNESS IN OUR COMMUNITY
    This item was not considered as Ms Ross did not attend.

    That the report of the Committee Manager dated 7 November 2005 be received.

  6. Top 'BELONGING' PACK

    That the Partnerships Committee endorse the use of the 'belonging' pack to encourage neighbourhood and street based activities.

  7. Top INTERFAITH PROJECT

    1. That the Partnerships Committee endorse the interfaith project as outlined in the report of the Manager, Community Development dated 25 October 2005.
    2. That officers report to the Committee's May 2006 meeting on progress.
    3. That the Chairman, Deputy Chairman and the Deputy Mayor constitute a working party to progress the interfaith dialogue.

    That the memorandum of the Manager, Community Development, dated 25 October 2005 be received.

    That the report of the Manager, Community Development, dated 14 October 2005 be received and that Judy Collins and her team be congratulated for their success in the national awards.

  10. Top CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU INTERNATIONAL STUDENT'S SERVICE CENTRE BI-ANNUAL UPDATE

    1. That the report of the Education Policy Analyst dated 27 October 2005 be received.

    That the report of the Manager, International Affairs, dated 10 November 2005 be received.

  12. Top BACKGROUND REPORT ON THE BANABANS OF RABI ISLAND, FIJI

    That officers investigate ways in which aid can be offered to the Banaban people on the Island of Rabi and report back to the Committee's March 2006 meeting.

    That this item be considered at an extraordinary meeting of the Committee on 14 December 2005.

    There being no further business the Chairman declared the meeting closed at 3.05 pm.
