    That the minutes of the Partnerships Committee meeting held on Monday, 14 May 2007 be confirmed as a true and correct record.

    4.1BRUCE KILMISTER - GAY, LESBIAN, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, TAKATAAPUI NETWORK

    1. That Bruce Kilmister, Lindsey Rea and Neil Denney be thanked for their presentation regarding the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Takataapui Network.
    2. That officers report to the Community Development and Equity Committee on progressing a feasibility study for a potential partnership to establish a facility for the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Takataapui Network in association with other city organisations' needs.

    That the report of the Community Engagement Team Manager, dated June 2007, be received.

  7. Top ASIA PACIFIC CITIES SUMMIT

    That the Partnerships Committee nominates Councillor Northey to attend the Asia Pacific Cities Summit in Brisbane held 31 August to 3 September 2007.

  8. Top PACIFIC ISLANDS BOARD - AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AND FUNDING AGREEMENT

    1. That the Partnerships Committee approve the Pacific Islands Board Auckland City Council Memorandum of Understanding and Funding Agreement.
    2. That the Partnerships Committee delegate the approval of the annual work programme to the Group Manager, Arts Community and Recreation policy.

    CARRIED
