Application for dispensation from Part 27 of the Auckland City Council
Consolidated Bylaw (Signs) and a Resource Consent determination to erect a sign
at the front of the subject site at 103 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket.
The sign infringes clauses in the Bylaw relating to distance from buildings and
the size of signs in the Mixed Use Zone. Resource consent is required as the

located within the Mixed Use Zone.
This application was deferred by the Sub-Committee at its last meeting to enable
the applicant to submit an updated location plan for the sign. This plan is
not available at the time of printing but will be provided at the meeting.
Recommending that the application be granted consent, subject to conditions and
granted dispensation from the Bylaw, subject to conditions.
