The minutes of the Planning and Regulatory Committee meeting held on
Monday, 7 March 2005 to be confirmed as a true and correct record.
EXTRAORDINARY BUSINESS
Section 46A(7) of the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987 (as amended) states:
"An item that is not on the agenda for a meeting may be dealt with at
that meeting if-
-
The local authority by resolution so decides; and
-
The presiding member explains at the meeting at a time when it is open
to the public,-
-
The reason why the item is not on the agenda; and
-
The reason why the discussion of the item cannot be delayed until a
subsequent meeting."

section 25.5.7 of the Consolidated Bylaw, section 25.5.5 of the Consolidated
Bylaw be altered by resolution to include the clauses contained in the
report scoping sheet of the Senior Transport Planner dated 24 March 2005.

- That the Planning & Regulatory Committee be requested to
explore the issues of variations of consent which, if submitted in the
original application, would have justified a notification of the
consent.
Recommending that officers be requested to investigate and report to the
Planning and Regulatory Committee on the issues raised in the report dated
12 March 2005 from Board Member Christopher Dempsey.
