APOLOGIES

That the apology from Councillor Walsh for conflict of interest and Councillor Boyle for lateness be received.

1. REVIEW OF THE GAMBLING VENUE POLICY

   That it be a recommendation to Council:

   1. That the memorandum from the Senior Community and Social policy Planner, dated 18 June 2007, be received.
   2. That following consideration of the officer's report, a cross section of submissions heard and further information supplied following submissions to the Public Safety and Community Order Committee, the Council endorse no change to the current Auckland City Council Gambling Venue Policy.

   CARRIED

   There being no further business the Chairman declared the meeting closed at 2.13pm.
