A sculpture comprising three intersecting steel tube and neon vortices, Twister was one of the original proposals accepted for development as part of council's Viaduct Harbour Sculpture Walk project initiated in 1999. Detailed concept development and documents for the construction of Twister have been prepared to the point of tender and a trust is being set up to manage fundraising, own and complete installation of the artwork.
