At the November
meeting of the Transport and Urban Linkages Committee a recommendation was
forwarded to Council and adopted to change the southern part of Highbury Street

Linkages Committee at their meeting on 8 November 2006 be received.

Highbury Street, Avondale because it has no linkage to the Northern part of

and that the Board's recommendation of Community Lane should stand due to the
local knowledge of the Board.
