MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE SIGNAL PRE-EMPTION REAEL TIME PASSENGER INFORMATION SYSTEM SUB-COMMITTEE AT THE  TRANSPORT AND URBAN LINKAGES COMMITTEE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, 15 MARCH 2006 AT 10.30AM
