    That Stephen Rainbow be appointed as the Chairperson of the Transport Resolutions Sub-committee for the 27 July 2007 meeting, in accordance with Schedule 7, clause 25 of the Local Government Act, noting that no member has a casting vote.

    1. That pursuant to the Part 25 - Traffic (2006) of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998 (as amended), the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004:
      1. At all times, stopping of all vehicles is prohibited on the area of roadway as described on:
        • Onehunga Mall, west side, from a point 7.0 metres south of the prolongation of the northern boundary line of 44 Onehunga Mall, and extending south for a distance of 14.0 metres.
        • Onehunga Mall, west side, from a point 67.0 metres south of the prolongation of the northern boundary line of 44 Onehunga Mall, and extending south and then along the southern kerb line of the cul-de-sac for a distance of 23.0 metres.
    2. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to the stopping or standing of vehicles in the above areas, are revoked.
