- That pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, Section 317 and the Auckland
City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 Clause 25.8.2(a), and the
Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, Section 2.1, a NO
STOPPING AT ALL TIMES restriction be authorised and the roadway marked out with
a broken yellow line in conformity with the provisions of Section 12.2(1) of

Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, Section 2.1, a NO
STOPPING AT ALL TIMES restriction be implemented and the roadway marked out with
a broken yellow line in conformity with the provisions of Section 12.2(1) of the

- each reserved parking space described in this resolution will be
indicated by appropriate signs and road markings.
