    9. This resolution will take effect when the physical change takes place as described above.

That pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, Section 317 and the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 - Traffic (2006), Clause 25.8. and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, Section 2.1, a NO STOPPING AT ALL TIMES restriction be implemented and the roadway marked out with a broken yellow line in conformity with the provisions of Section 12.2(1) of the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004 on: -

    2. That pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, Section 317 and Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, Sections 2.1, 12.4(1) and 12.7, the roadway be marked out so as to require vehicles to PARK AT AN ANGLE to the direction of the roadway on: -
      • Symonds Street Carpark, Row A, situated on the northern kerb line, from a point 11.5 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Symonds Street and extending east for a distance of 15.0 metres. (Refer area marked 'B1').
      • Symonds Street Carpark, Row B, situated on the western kerb line, from a point 14.0 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Symonds Street and 11.0 metres south of the northern kerb line and extending south for a distance of 38.5 metres. (Refer area marked 'B2' and 'B3').

      • Symonds Street Carpark, Row D, situated on the eastern kerb line, from a point 30.0 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Symonds Street and 11.5 metres south of the northern kerb line and extending south for a distance of 34.5 metres. (Refer area marked 'B7').

      1. the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
      2. parking spaces are reserved in the parking place specified in this resolution for the exclusive use of vehicles driven by or carrying disabled persons and displaying an operation mobility card or permit;
      3. parking spaces are reserved at all times;
      4. each reserved parking space described in this resolution will be indicated by appropriate signs and road markings.
        • Symonds Street Carpark, Row B, situated on the western kerb line, from a point 14.0 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Symonds Street and 44.5 metres south of the northern kerb line and extending south for a distance of 5.0 metres. (Refer area marked 'B3').
