    That the report of the Manager Utility Planning dated 15 November 2004 appraising the Committee on the areas of activity of the Utility Planning Group be received.

    That a private watercourse assistance grant of 43.3% of works estimated to cost $10,000 for 2/42a Mahoe Avenue, Remuera be approved.

  10. Top QUARTERLY UPDATE – WASTE PROJECTS FROM CITY PLANNING

    That the report of the Team Leader Environmental Projects dated 23 November 2004 on the quarterly update on Waste Projects from City Planning Group be received.
