    4.1. ELISABETH RADFORD - REMOVAL OF WESTERN SPRINGS PINES

    That Elisabeth Radford, Annette Isbey, Chuck Joseph and Louise Rive, representing Friends of the Bush, be thanked for their presentation to the Zoo Enterprise Board regarding the removal of the Western Springs pines.

  6. Top AUCKLAND ZOOLOGICAL PARK PROGRESS REPORT JULY - AUGUST 2007

    1. That the report of the Zoo Director (Acting), dated 1 September 2007, be received.
    2. That the Zoo Enterprise Board hold a workshop regarding the Auckland Zoo Impact of Regional Funding Initiative report once it becomes available.
    3. That the previous Zoo Director, Zoo Director (Acting), Senior Management Team, staff and volunteers be congratulated on their successful three years during the 2004-2007 term of Auckland City Council and be thanked for all their support to the Zoo Enterprise Board.
    4. That Democracy Services and previous Board members be thanked for all their support to the Zoo Enterprise Board.
    5. That Jane Buckley and the Auckland Zoo's Green Team be congratulated for receiving a GREATer award for their initiative to increase Zoo recycled waste from 50 to 85 percent.
