Please note: Red-lidded wheelie bins are only available in the Auckland isthmus.

If you are the owner of a residential property in the Auckland isthmus, use this online service to:

replace your stolen red-lidded wheelie bin

For all other requests and enquiries please check rubbish and recycling for details or contact us.

We will need to confirm your eligibility and will only contact you if we need further details. If we cannot contact you within five working days your request will be withdrawn.

Once we have confirmed your eligibility your numbered bin should be delivered within five working days.

Instructions

you will be presented with a series of screens where you will find step by step instructions as you go through the application process - use the Help content located in menu option Other >> Help, if you need more detailed assistance
