Application number
This is the building consent number. Click on the link to view more
information about the consent.
Application type /Application description
Provides a description of the consent application and the building work.
Status
The 'Status' relates to the
progress of the
building consent or the Code compliance certificate, depending on what stage the
building project is at.

Work was not started within the timeframe for the consent and it has lapsed |
|
| On Hold |
The application is awaiting further information |
|
| Pending Payment |
The application is ready to lodge however fees have not been paid. Fees must be paid within 24 hours or the application will be rejected |

The application is being processed |
|
|
| Refused |
The application has been processed and refused |
Tasks
Tasks are completed at each stage of processing. Completed tasks and the
date they were completed are listed.
Code compliance certificate processing - CCC applications will only be
processed once the final inspection has taken place and been passed.
